I ordered an item on Paytm Mall about 20 days ago. Paytm Mall shipped my packet through Delhivery Courier. They assured me to deliver within 10 days. But the curier service was totally useless. When I track it I saw my parcel came in Kolkata from Delhi in just 3 days but it took almost 12 day to reach in our local Delivery Hub. After that a courier boy called me and told to collect it from Tarakeswar which is 5 KM away from my Home. I requested him to come in my house for delivery but they refused and returned my package with out delivery. Just thought what a stupid courier service it is. I complained to Paytm about the courier service but till today they don't take any action. So I think its not a customer friendly courier service company.
