I have been going to DD Motors - Delhi to get my car serviced for more than 3 years and my experiencd has been very bad. I chose DD Motors because DD motors is one of the known and trusted Motorshop for vehicles, but unfortunately My experience has been very bad with them. Customer service is very poor, their staff does not know their policies and has no information about their product and services and the time taken to service the vehicle is very long.
And they are irresponsible, their was a gear lock in my car which was missing after servicing, I complained about 3-4 times but no response has been received. They treat their customers harshly, stafd is also rude, I would never recommend this showroom to anyone.
