I've been using Country Delight's milk, curd, paneer, and ghee for over a month now, and its quickly become the clean-eating staple of my kitchen. To mention the milk first, it feels genuinely fresh and creamy with none of that weird watery taste I sometimes get from other brands or local shops. I love making curd with the leftover milk: it sets beautifully and tastes just like the homemade version. On second thought, the Country Delight "GharJaisa Dahi" is another blend of rich and smooth, and is perfect for my breakfast or a raita whip. As for their Desi Danedar Ghee, it has that comforting, nutty aroma that spreads around the house when I use just a little in my dal tempering or on rotis, and it really makes a difference, too. When I grab their paneer for a quick stir-fry, I can taste the purity; its dense and doesn't disintegrate when sizzled around the pan. On top of that, Country Delight makes sure all of this is delivered early morning, giving me a feeling like a farmer's fresh produce is brought straight to my doorstep. Honestly, I couldnt ask for a more wholesome set of dairy products and veggies, too.
