I purchased reliance 3G data card from your site on Oct13, 2012. While making the purchase I was being told that it would be activated within 24 hours. It was delivered to my place within 1 hour and when its' already been 4th day but it has not been activated so far.
On calling the sales person who delivered it at my place, his phone is going switched off from last 2 days and your company has not provided any contact numbers and customer support does not attend to any complaints. I have a serious doubt if you are planning to use my id and photo(which your sales person had collected) in some illegal activities.I have logged multiple complaints on your site but no reply back. I am planning to move to consumer court for customer harassment.
