I purchased Vande Bharat ticket for journey from Durgapur to Howrah PNR no.666024 8803 with a option of cancelling at any time with paying extra premium. My train was running late, so I wanted to cancell. But their app is not helpful to cancell. Even customer care is disconnecting call after initial chat and after my enquiring why they have taken extra with promise of refunding total amount at any time. They proved themselves to be fraud. Please dot not believe them, don't buy ticket through them.
