I had not seen this side of customer reviews. After Google search I chatted with them and got very pleasant knowledge for my dishtv SD to HD upgrade. I paid by credit card and got commitment that I will get it within 24 hours.
I paid Rs 990 for it but my account credited Rs840 as recharge amount. Aftermath I contacted them and got an update that Rs150 is Tax. Don't worry you will get HD box by tomorrow 24Aug 2014 11 AM so ignore those. But non of their team member visited till noon or contacted me. No one from their sales team is picking my phone and chatting person stop responding if they know payment already done no new business is there.
Their complain side is also not working. Email response is also not there.But getting this new business they behaved properly.
