I would like to share my experience about the club factory online shopping website.As my experience is not so great because of lack of response from their end and product quality.
Club Factory is basically a online shopping website which product multiple range of products.
I purchased a product from club factory a month ago and the product which I ordered is not the same to the one I received. There is a whole lot of a difference between the products.Because product quality is very poor and feel like a bad quality product.
and the worst part is the return policy as I have to post it to their address and you're responsible for the shipping fees.
and it is frustrating that there is no contact number and I haven't received any response from the complaint tickets I have raised.
Please don't go with Club factory there are lot more websites to go with.
