I had pity bad experiencewith clear trip with booking I'd 220930984758 and 220930986202 for hotel fortuneand had mental truma for 4 hours i called several times to your call center and had long discussion / conversations multiple times with Pranav and team.
Mr Mohan of fortune has cancelled our booking and we left with no option at Rameshwaram and pethetic time during our trip.
You have failed to provide room at any alternative place at Rameshwaram.
Please note that you have issued confirmed booking along numerous cancellation terms and conditions as well even when booking was fake.
But Mr mohan of hotel fortune has said that they are no longer partner of clear trip and this is fake booking and clear trip is cheating people.
I am failed to understand why you have issued ticket.
At last Mr mohan has provided hotel with extremely substanderd rooms at Rs 3300 + taxes per day, I guess he got commision as well.
What i got while booking with clear trip:
Mental truma;
Trip was messed up;
Huge financial loss as well.
Even after multiple discussion with PranavI have not receivednither any mailnor any competition so far.
