Booked 3 rooms via Cleartrip (Trip ID: 250719407298) for a Saturday in Alibaug. After driving from Mumbai, we reached at 9PM only to find the hotel had no rooms! Cleartrip issued a refund but offered no help or alternate stay. With 2 small kids and no hotels available due to peak season, we had to cancel and return to Mumbai. Weekend ruined. This isnt just bad serviceits total negligence. Never booking again!
