This is worst bank. Their internet banking service is absolutely worst. Citibank is old outdated UI doesn't even fit the screen.
They don't care about your money.
I have authinication hold done by google which is supposed to be refund after two weeks. It has been two months now and no one has taken responsibility. Their so called wealth management are nothing but a scam. If they are getting commission from the fund houses, why are they charging additional money from you for their service. They make sure you change fund regularly so that they earn lot of money. So I will not recommend anyone to open account with them.
