When I was in Ambala City .Central Bank of India was near to me.So I opened an account with CBI.I have never seen such worst service with any bank.No computerisation yetunfriendly staffpoor ServiceDelayed serviceMisguidance A lot ot Improve.I have shifted most of my money from this bank to other bank.But As I am an old customer so I have not closed my account.
If Central Bank of India is growing like this I do hope people will surely be going for some other optionsNow I have tried some other options also like SBI, ICICI etc They are providing a very good service.There are certain other incedents also like They will not accept 10 Rs notes during deposit but while giving they give 10 Rs notes.Many other incedents are there.Some of the staff members are coperative but not all.They will simply say "Do complain to whosoever you want to.We dont care".Such a bad attitude
