I am writing to expose this fraud holiday booking company CENTARA FACILITY AND SERVICES
They also have offices in pune and Kalyan apart from bhubaneswar, ODISHA. Now all 3 offices are closed
They took around 1.5 lakh rupees for holiday hotel booking in both international and domestic destinations with very cleaver tactics and fake promises. But did not deliver a single good hotel.
They had office in esplanade mall, Rasulgarh, BHUBANESWAR where initially they do all these bookings now it's closed since 3 months.
Moreover they charge 1300 per day as maintenance apart from booking amount. After multiple calls and mail now they don't answer to anything and after I enquired about this they have cheated multiple people same way in pune and Kalyan with cases now running against them in police station.
I sincerely request everyone from bhubaneswar to lodge a fraud complaint against them in Rasulgarh police station so everyone can get their refund and these fraudsters should punished accordingly.
