Now this is my personal feedback that I’ve left for them on Google Reviews. Pretty much sums up my experience with CCAvenue
Has to be the worst payment gateway provider in India. Signed up with them for PG services. Transaction done and they dont bother transferring it to the merchant account. Transactions shows under unsettled for over a month and the moment you start talking to them, each one points their fingers at the other department as if they dont belong to the same firm. So all I could do was show my middle one and get them off my site.
