I will rate it 0 Stars. I have applied for this shitty company services while purchasing an electronic item and the experience in the first month itself was horrible. They took all the documents and a cancelled cheque. But the cheque kept bouncing because they have been submitting a cheque with mismatched numbers and wordings. I gave them a crossed blank cheque. So they charge me Rs.400 after the cheque bounces for 1st installment and I pay the amount through netbanking after I received message about the same from the bank the very next day.
When I contact Capital First there is no one to respond on the issue and they charge me again Rs.800 2 days after I pay the amount as they have again the presented the same cheque 2nd time inspite of me paying it ahead. Are you guys insane. The person through whom I applied for the loan conviniently escapes saying Customer service is different from their services and they cannot contact the office guys. Are you for real.?
I have sent across these guys my bank statement indicating sufficient balance during the loan withdrawl period and they are not ready to revert the bounce charges of Rs.800. So, I have decided to take legal action against them.
