Hi friends recentally I bought a Canon eos 200 d dslr camera the cost of the camera is rs 20000 and it has three years warrenty or exchange offer is also available when I brought it from showroom and the sales executive tell me that it is your choice weather you take 3 years warrenty or exchange offer I prefer exchange offer and he tells me that in use of 7 17 days when you feel is not good and you can send it back and take a new one and it is only available once when I use it I dont like the pictures of that camera because the background are looks clear and I dont like these pictures and I go to showroom and raise this issue with sales executive and he told me we should back it to company you should wait while your new camera deliver and you should wait for 30 days after 30 days I go to showroom and tell him about camera he do a call of customer care service now he told me wait again in next few days your camera will be deliver but last 4 months not reach to me company tell me something showroom sales executive tell something I confuses and I lost my hope as well as precious money
