Transfer to new City is equal to new connection. Review on BSNL IPTV

My father bought BSNL IPTV. He paid around 2000 Rupees for installing it. When he signed up he got assurance from the Local agent as well as the customer service that the transfer can be done free of cost.

Since the broadband was not good at his city he decided the service to my city where I was living.

When I called the Customer service on behalf of my father in a new city, Story took a new turn , I was told to pay another 2000 Rupees and this was treated like a new connection. I called the customer Service on behalf of my father several times, I always get a promise that somebody will contact me in 24 hours . It has been two months since I called them. I have lost hope that they will call me back. My father still believes they will call back. Poor old father he got cheated again.

Beware - Transfer to new City does not work.

Positive:

Good Video Quality and good reception as long as your bandwidth is good.

Negative

Very Bad Customer Service.

Does not keep up the word.
