BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LIMITED or BSNL is one of the biggest and oldest name in telecom industry is now the worst telecom company. The word 3G and 4G is looks good in BSNL advertisement only, in reality BSNL 3G is so so slow that even a tortoise is faster than BSNL 3G. Now a day we have Reliance jio 4G, Airtel, vodafone etc telecom company which is providing us better services than BSNL. Apart from BSNL 3G speed problem customer's also face call drop problem. BSNL broadband is far better than BSNL 3G. Infront of reliance jio offers BSNL 3G seems costlier also. Now a day customer wants quick data services but BSNL fail to provide this kind of facility. BSNL requires to improve it's networing and speed of data if they want to servive in indian market.
