BSNL is very old service operator but yet the services of the bsnl operator is not according to the need of the users.
It has the worst connectivity and a very poor network around each and every corner of the country.
The network connection is untrustworthy which could get lost anytime anywhere.
The operator of BSNL must improve the network connection as well as the consistency of the network which is very irritating when you has an urgent need of connection.
In the outskirts, it barely gets connectivity and even inside the house it fails to provide a better connectivity which is not acceptable and is very poor in comparision of various other service operators.
It has very bad strategy of making the customers use its value added packs which kind of irritates as without our knowledge it gets activated and the amount gets deducted by its own.
