It is one of the largest mobile network in India and it is undertaking by goverment. But ot is one of the worst in Mobile operators.
Their network is very poor in my locality. Most of the places they only provide 2g connectivity so not a good one for using internet. If we have a continuous 3g connection then it is ok but if not its the worst. For me its hard to get a 3g in my location where all other providers have 4g.
The worst customer care I have seen is bsnl. If we can any problem or complaint and if we call to them its very difficult to get connected to their representative. Some times its take more than 20mins. If we get connected, the response of their representatives are not good.
Now after the introduction of Jio, bsnl has big offers with cheapest rates. But the problem is network. If we have good coverage bsnl is ok one. But its better to go with another choice in all togather.
