This was my second time to Bodycraft. The first was to get other beauty treatments...this time I decided to try and get a hair cut. Biggest mistake I ever made. Once I landed in the salon for the haircut...they asked me to head for a wash even without the stylist seeing the texture of my hair when it is dry. Once the wash was done they took me to the next available seat and a hairdresser( not very sure now ) came and started cutting my hair. He never told what was the style he had in mind nor did he explain what he was trying to do. At this time I explained to him I have half curly and half straight hair and I need a daily wah and wear hair style. To which he replied that he would layer my hair. At the end of the cut I was left looking like a rat had eaten the ends of my hair with no apparent style. He did not even set it right.
I am shocked that a salon that changes so much for a haircut can be this careless with esp haircuts. Now I have to live with tying my hair back till my hair grows to a credible length. Will never ever step in there again!!
