Lousy customer service. Review on BlueStone

I bought this ring from bluestone on 31st jan the buying process was good. Now the ring that came was not what was shown in the pic and did not meet my expectations (which is fine). So I called 080-324-00000 the number which by the way is supposed to work(8am-12 midnight, 7 days a week)(which is crap cause the number mentioned is ivr says welcome to bluestone and then blanks out).

So I decided to write to their so called customer care team.cs.blustone.com.i wrote to them on 11th feb that I have received my order and want a refund please get the pickup done. And no revert till 21th Feb. Then after sending loads of reminders i get a call and finally and pick up is done. Now when I chase that I want my money no revert again.

I would urge all of you do not buy from bluestone. Cause if u want customer service u will not get any. If you want the site https://jewelsouk is really nice and good products are there or https://caratlane is better. They know how to take money but not know what customers service is and there is no email if you want to escalate anywhere. You have no place to write your money is doomed
