Blue dart is one of the available brands in courier service companies but service of blue dart came down drastically without proper responses.
Blue dart's customer service is really bad, I mean they will not respond to you properly once they know that the fault is from their side.
Personally I had a very bad experience with this courier company called blue dart where I was not getting my consignment and it was very much delayed. For this issue I raised concerns with the customer care and offices as well but no one giving proper response to it.
