This is my way bill number 14614641521 I had paid 320 rs for express delivery while normal delivery for this shipment was of just 60rs.
your company has not delivered my shipment, citing fake reason that consignee is not present at the address. I have mentioned 3 mobile numbers of consignee and 1 number of mine. How come you did not contact any of those?
I am not sure this is company wide practice or your delivery personal is just not following his duty.
If possible I would like to talk to your delivery personal who tried delivering this shipment.
And let me know what did I get by paying more?
