Bingo tedhe medhe is a mast masala tadka which has permitted masala, spice and added flavours which tastes good. It is some times we can eat for mouth mazaa. It mainly has rice and corn grits, namkeen garlic powder. It has protien, carbohydrates, saturated fat.
