I have been with Beam from early 2000. Its close to 12 years now. Beam cable used to be a very good service company. But from the past Few years it has gone from worst to horrible.
Service is pathetic, speed is unreliable, customer care is a team of cheats. No one in the company cares about the customer.
If this is what they can do to a 12 years old loyal customer, they can be very bad with new customers.
NEVER TAKE BEAM!
