This is the Worst Finance Service I ever saw in my lifetime. Once we have taken a Consumer Durable loan of Worth Rs. 30, 000 but some 6 cheques has been bounced from my side, but every time when the cheque bounced I have paid directly cash to bajaj representative and collected the Vouchers but one of the mistake I did is I forgot to collect NOC after my loan settlement.
After 2 months when I applied for NOC their representative told to pay the outstanding amount of 2, 000 (Cheque bounce charges) so that they will clear and will issue NOC I told OK But the same day afternoon the same representative called me and asking for 9, 000 for issuing NOC but when I asked for the reason they are telling some Cheque bounce charges + penalty which comes to that much amount. But I told clearly that I will not pay any penalty and all fter a couple of days I got call from Mumbai branch, to clear the amount I said like will pay the amount but I wanted in writing but they are not ready to give and they are harrsing me like anything talking vulgarly and they are ordering me to go to the branch and to pay off the amount like each and every 10 minutes they use to call and asking me whether am in branch office to pay the amount or not really I was totally fed up and trying to go to consumer court.
