Pathetic and Horrible UI. Am 29 years old, have 7 other trading account, but this one forced me to write this.
Horrible UI. Tried to login in my laptop to sell share, The layout is designed by inexperienced freelancer from a third world country.
TAB mane makes no sense. Customer service is prompt on receiving calls but gave all WRONG ANSWERS
I asked I just want to SQUARE OFF MY holding. She said login in laptop only(as mobile wont support) and give her Power of attorney if cant use laptop.
I opened laptop couldnt understand heads and tails after logging in
Pathetic design
Then suddenly I treid from my mobile and was able to sell.
Wasted 45 minutes trying to figure out how to sell using my laptop web based login.
