Axis bank is leading nationalized bank in India. It has lacks of customers and several branches across country. It provides all the facilities that any international bank can provide to its customers. I am customer of this bank for the last two years. and Axis bank is a very customer friendly organization and its prime motto is the customer satisfaction according to the advertisement campaigns. It provides several schemes and plans for both personal and business loans, good pension schemes etc. As I told earlier they have both phone banking and internet banking facilities. It makes the interaction between customer and bank very easy. And you can make payments and transactions without going to the bank directly. But the bad thing about this facilities are that they charge certain money for all this facilities. They charge for each SMS they sent to its customers. Another area this bank fails to impress is the ATM networks. It has very few ATMs in rural areas. Otherwise these facilities are very good. The customer services is always there to find solutions for all your problem and clarify your doubts about the bank’s services.
