AskMeBazaar - AB2153904 paid on April 6th for Table fan, not received
I paid Rs.499 on April 6th for a table fan, through transaction ID: 382308 for Order ID: AB2153904. material NOT RECEIVED . so called customer care. they had no idea. then called the customer care on 20th April. they registered complaint # QRC363175.
Said they will find out from courier and update me. but no one called me. so, I called again today. the customer care has no idea about the status. so I asked for a refund, they said, they cannot give refund because material is already delivered to courier.
I asked for courier number and their contact numbers. they said they have no idea and some other team is handling couriers. then I asked to be connected to that team.they said they dont have their contact details.This is with out any doubt the most incompetent cheating group acting as e-commerce website in India. I have very good experience with Flipkart, Amazon, Rediff, snapdeal, sulekha etc. but this website-askmebazzar is nothing but cheating company. Government should act on this company. I am approaching consumer court.
