Customer service:These people while doing the insurance dont say the terms and conditions properly.simply come to do the insurance.
settlement:when time of settlement comes go through the hospital documents properly and they will try to find some or other problems with it so that insurance amount is not settled.
I paid the premium for around 1 year, met with an accident and they did not provide the premium.they told me that I hid some of health issues with them.The fact is that I never new that they dont provide insurance for the health condition I had.They pointed out from my hospital bill.These things theyb never told at the time of doing the insurance.now I lost 1 year premium and also I did not get the claim for my hospital bill.
Eve they cheated me by eating my one year sum payment and not paying my hospital bill.Staff attitude was very harsh.NEVER GO FOR THIS.These people are money eaters .Thats all.enjoy others money that all.If 0 star was there I would have given that for them,
