Hello, I am sharing my personal experience with Apex Hospital, Malviya Nagar. My experience with this hospital was very bad.
Before 8 months suddenly my mother was a heart problem So, we were immediately go for Apex hospital. The doctors of the hospital was experience. So, they were starting treatment. but the charges of hospital was very expensive. A middle class person doesn't afford it's charges. In case of my mother I was facing so many problems because of highly changes of this hospital. They were making money of all small small things. So, at that time it was vary difficult to me for arranging a vary high amount of hospital charges. So, I was not satisfied for this hospital. But the staff was very careless , helpless pathetic. When I ask to the staff for test where we go. He doesn't respond me and tell for asking in counter. He was so rude and I was vary disappointed with that
The infrastructure of hospital was very good. I was so impressed with the infrastructure of hospital because the hospital was giving vary good response about it's cleanliness and there was no problems about the parking because they provide good facility of parking.
Apex hospital was very expensive charges but not giving good service so that I was disappointed for this hospital and I will give it 2 out of 5.
