I use Amul pure Ghee in making delicious sweets.
Amul pure ghee adds extra taste to the sweets.
Especially when I prepare payasam, I compulsory use Amul Ghee.
It is made from fresh milk cream.
I also use Amul ghee in cooking other spicy items like biryani.
I generally purchase 1 kg bottle .
I did not find any fungus or bad smell with Amul Pure Ghee anytime during the cooking.
I am suggested that u always use the amul ghee which is 100% pure to eat and use.
