Customer Service:Amazon which was known for its service earlier, is not good these days.Quality has been deterioting day by day in all the aspects.If cash on delivery is done, sometimes the executives deliver the product at wrong locations inspite of giving correct address.I personally had this experience, then I had to take the trouble of getting the refund which was an additional work for me.
Product quality:Bad product quality.What we order does not come in right time.Sometimes wrong product, colour, size even after mentioning write size.
Delivery Timeliness: Slower compared to other online websies.
App and Websites:They dont have varieties in products.Website they focus on products which are left overs.Colours shown in site and the actual received products slightly vary.
Reliability: Depends on our luck.Most of the time not reliable.They ignore indian market.
