I ordered Microsoft headphones thrice from Amazon whereas 2 times I received the products either in used condition or its damaged. I have raised this concern with Amazon and now its almost 3 weeks now but they are only playing with via emails no practical action has been taken out.
I must advice customers do not buy from Amazon in case buy before the payment please check your product. Otherwise you will also have to waste your crucial time of your life in chasing these cheaters. The same time you can spend with family by not placing order to Amazon.
