I am a business account user on Amazon.in I had buy some Dettol Soap on amazon business but I got it defective .Open my account as well as refund the money for the goods I got wrong Often people ignore this mistake of Amazon but I am not doing this I want my right back. Amazon also block my account temporary I want Amazon first of all open my account then clear my return and refunds as soon as possible @amazon.in @amazonhelp
