Hey there, I have shopping in Amazon more than three years and now I decided not to shop anything from Amazon. The reasons are given below -
The customer service of Amazon is very bad. It is vey hard to contact them. I cound never contact Amazon.
Amazon took a long period of time for delivering ordered products. I had to wait very long time to get my ordered products.
The product quality of amazon is not so good. Once I had ordered a red shirt but I got yellow one.
The main problem of amazon is it does not support my city pin code. So I had to order products at my friend's house.
The reliability of amazon is not so good but it is true that amazon has a lot of mobile apps, websites etc. so I could ordered products easily from anu device. But I recommende you not to buy anything from amazon.
