I have shopped on AMAZON.COM for more that 15 years and have never faced any issues with them. But Amazon.in is a very different animal.
In the past month I have placed atleast 10 orders with them and am facing serious issues with 3 of them.
Damaged Product - Refund was done promptly.
Wrong Product - Refund done after a few follow-ups.
Part-Shipment of Product - I received 2 cans for an order of 96***=(photo attached)=***. After repeated complaints. They have stopped responding to calls, mails and even Facebook posts. I am still awaiting the rest of the shipment after multiple promises and assurance of escalations and call-back.(nothing has happened so far)
They have managed to spoil the reputation that was built over a decade in a matter of days and don't seem to care about it.
So, please do seriously consider other alternatives before placing an order with them as you never know what you would receive and customer service absolutely pathetic.
