Today I m going to give my experience with this site. I wanted to buy a hp mouse of rs. 268 I completed all buying details and clicked on payment button . but due to insufficient amount in bank account my first payment failed.Then I transfered money to that account from my different account and clicke on amazon retry payment in amazon page.But this time my amount is deducted from SBI bank account but amazon didnt confirmed my order. I made so many complaints to amazon customer care they keep on telling that they dint get my payment .They said that my money in SBI payment gateway.After that I complained in SBI about that transaction, after two days SBI confirmed me that amount sent to seller. Then I again called amazon but they dint do anything. In this I suffered, I lost my hard earned money rs.268.I have this experience with amazon for first time.
