I think the work culture which they have adopted is awesome, they now to take care of their students.they know how to balance studies with the ethical values.
The teachers are highly paid and with the good experience, I personally feel that in kota the best institute available for Medical and IIT training is Allen only.
The way they take care of each student is awesome and they also take attendence on daily basis which help parents to track down their children daily class activities:)
