I've been complaining about poor network coverage in sector 22, Dwaka since June 2003. Till today it is not solved. Just imagine how this company works. I made numerous complaints, by phone, email, fax and even complained to Mittals. No answer.


Funny things is that their advertisment of signal availablity in a deep forest in one of the advertisment came in the TV's is JOKE of YEAR.


Another point is that all you customer understand that if you are in a high rise building, the signal from one tower (1800 mhz) to (1900mhz) is automatically happening and your connection will be loosing certainly if you are using AIRTEl.



I have been reporting of Very POOR network problem in my resident (i.e. ,sector 22, Dwarka, ND-75) since last February 2004. Its OVER 5 MONTHS now. No concreate step have taken from AIRTEL in this regard.


Under the circumstances I am financially at loss due to call not maturing or missing. I would hereby request you to kindly adjust the financial loss to my account. Most of the time the netowork goes to search mode or it shows the BTS connection from Gurgaon Sector 18 and 23 etc.. Whereas I am well in Dwarka.


I hope those who opt for AIRTEL will now understand the quality & customer care.
