Airtel is good, in term of network and clarity voice call or video calls. sometime deducts balance for no reason and they activate any services without your request. but if u complain for the same they do refund your amount. In Gurgaon, near sector 54, network is very poor, on third floor and basement one can hardly get network. Visited last day, Kalkaji New Delhi, Airtel outlet and customer care executive was not behaving well and not helpful at all.
I appreciate that there are number of customer care outlets one can find easily.
