This is my personal experience with airtel This is the worst in terms of customer support.
I am a prepaid airtel customer and I use the phone only for incoming and outgoing.
This company is deducting money from my balance unnecessarily .
And after making repeated complaints to the customer services no action has been taken so far.
They send stupid massages like Bollywood dhamaka and without even downloading these massages they deduct. .
