The issue has begun with the network coverage!


I use an apple 5s Iphone, I have been facing problems with the airtel since when I have opted for the airtel 349/- plan which is suppose to be unlimited. Then this problem has started. The network shows full on my phone but still there are lot and lot of call drops and network failure cal drops every sincle time when we try to attempt or receive a call. Because of which I missed a deliveru today from a ecomerce website. I have clearly observed the change when I didn't opted for the 349 plan my network was doing well but when I have opted for this 349/- plan it started to happen. I have observed this with all my friends and family members and conformed the same mentioned above.


Customer service:


They never are expected to make some service to the customer, firstly the ivr wont connect the cal, even if connects the agent will put our cal for hold and they will never ever release and they are very pathetic to provide any resolution asked. very bad vehaviour and a worst experience.


Charges & Billing :


No 1 in the charging unnecessary, simply they cut Rs.5 for unknown reqsons of we cal regarding this there will be no answer, manh customers are facing problems regarding this. The charges are very high when compared to the other operators but the only good thing Airtel had in the past was network but now there is nothing with it.
