We have ported in twenty connections from Vodafone Idea since their network was very bad and after complaining multiple times nothing was done and we came out to Airtel thinking that they are great institution. On 5t of May 19 we got all the numbers activated and since then 12 out of 20 numbers are not working and no body is taking seriously inspite of sending mails to customer care, technical team, appellate authority and the coordinating person. If we are out of communication with customers in service industry not only financial loss but inconvenience to our esteemed customers who depend on our service. Airtel is one of the highest irresponsible institution I have seen. I dont recommend any body to go with airtel.
