Very good service.voice quality is 99% times all most clear. At least at my house, the 4G network is always full and never needed to roam in home for network issues. But yes the customer care service needs to be improved as most of the customer care executives doesnt speak all 3 must languages ( hindi, telugu, english) and passes on calls to other executives which takes couple mints of time to get connected again. The prices has been slashed now but doesnt makes sence for the validity provided for those packs.
