Airtel is the biggest cellular network operator in India. In turms of network coverage this is the best network in my opinion. I used it for last 3 years and I faces only some miner issues but nothing else. The network is quite fast in 3G/4G network. I don't seen any type of lagging with this network but in evening time the internet connection of this network seem slow in my daily uses experience.
The customer service representatives are very polite to talk. The customer service is operated by this company in 24/7 . So customer service is well enough.
This company didn't provide good types of promo offers. So our monthly bill is becoming more High.
For the Airtel postpaid user the monthly bill is decent not too high or low.
