I decided to buy this product as airtel has a good name but unfortunately I had a bad experience, 2 young men had com to my house for installation on friday evening, ''
I was very excited but my excitement didnt last for long when I heard a loud crash, somthing like an accident, one of the guy had dropped the dish on my neighbour's car, (maruti swift), the front glass was damaged and there was a big scene in the building, when we called the higher authorities from airtel they said we are not liable for it, so I had to pay rs.5000 to my neighbour for the damaged caused.
The 2 men apologised many times but that wasnt going to get back my lost money.anyways so once the new dish was finally set up I saw the picture quality and compared it to tata sky, tata sky is much better.Also the signal is bad and often irritating.The only good thing is that there is just 1 remote for the tv and the dth which is 1 unique feature.The quality is better than big tv and others but definately nowhere close to tata sky.
