I purchased four data card for my company with a hope that we will have mobile access to internet...airtel is claiming to be best mobile ISP in India. To my greatest shock of recent times I found that I can access internet with a speed of 10 to 5 bps speed...
YES! you have read correctly it was not kbps even!! As a result no web page opens although airtel meticulously send me bills for usage and downloads. I have spoken n number of time to custmecare (read: customer rare) and with no mitigation. It promises that "your complain will be addressed in 48 hours" but it remains same even beyond 48 days!! NO IMPROVEMENT absolutely and no response to complains.
I REQUEST ALL READRS STAY AWAY FROM AIRTEL, STAY EVEN FURTHER AWAY FROM AIRTEL DATACARD.
