I took airtel 3g hotspot wifi connection( 897156* 4 -, * for privacy purpose) in june 2015 and the airtel representative assured me that the speed in my area is 15-18 mbps .I got that speed for 10 days and after that the speed dropped to 1-1.5 mbps .I registered a complain for july 2015 and airtel manager told me that they have to install a new tower to improve the speed and it will take 3 months . But not help yet I frutrated.
