I have been using aircel from 4 years. But I do not have aircel Sim with me. I have stop using this mobile operator. Because I have very bad experience with this mobile operator.
1) It's network is very weak. It only have strong network in urban places, like town/cities. It has very poor network at rural areas.
2) But it has good customer service to solve small problems for the customers.
3) it charges and billing very costly.
Really I have bad experience with this mobile operator( Aiecel) .
